CJIS GROUP

If you have forgotten your username or password please enter your corporate email address below. (The email address you enter must match the email address registerd in the CJIS GROUP system.)

You will receive your same username and a new password from support@cjisgroup.com. Please check your Junk folder if you don't receive it. Once received please copy and paste your username and new password into the login fields.

To change your password after logging into the database:

Go to the myUser Information Section on the left hand side.
Place a new password in the white blank password box.
Click update profile at the bottom of the screen. Then you are all set.

NOTE: The system will not allow you to use a password you have used before. Every 90 days you will be prompted to change your password.
