PJ Doyle, President and CEO
PJ is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of CJIS GROUP. He provides the vision and direction to ensure all facets of the company, its products, services and objectives are meeting client expectations. PJ is responsible to keep the CJIS GROUP mission focused and on track and to provide both Government and Industry clients with the best information in the marketplace we serve.
PJ has over 27 years experience in numerous facets of the criminal justice and law enforcement community. Now with 12 years in the private sector he is still very active in the national committees and organizations that set direction for information technology in the public safety, state and local government arena. PJ understands the business from both sides of the marketplace. During his career, he purchased some of the largest IT systems in Florida and guided their implementation. After retiring from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement he directed application and systems development and closed new business for some of the largest criminal justice information technology solution providers in the United States.
Gary R. Cooper, Vice President, Consulting and Research
Gary monitors law and policy developments within the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security and in the Congress that have a significant impact on the sharing of information amongst and between justice and public safety agencies at the local, state and federal levels of government. In this capacity, Gary tracks the annual cycle of federal grant programs particularly those that can be used to procure information and identification technologies and consulting related to the planning for and implementation of those technologies. Gary makes this information available to our Government users and Industry clients through webinars and seminars, reports and postings to the CJIS GROUP data files. Gary often participates in consulting activities.
Gary has over 30 years experience working with justice and public safety agencies nationally on efforts associated with improving the administration of justice through the application of information and identification technologies. He had worked with the Congress in the development of legislation creating federal grant programs. Gary has worked with the U.S. Department of Justice in the development of national policy managing the sharing of information and with the development of information sharing standards. He has also worked with the Federal Bureau of Identification to design and implement national information systems serving local, state and federal justice and public safety agencies.
Cheryl Doyle, Vice President, Content Management
Cheryl directs the team that provides research, editing and presentation of all content that makes up the CJIS GROUP data files. She oversees the quality assurance process and develops safe guards to insure that information added to the database is accurate and that validated data supports our project reports.
Cheryl has more than twenty five years of extensive, hands-on experience in business. As a long time small business owner she developed standards and protocols to insure proper training, quality hiring and superior day to day operations were met to give her clients best of breed service. She brings those key values and experience to CJIS GROUP.
Patrick Stephenson, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Pat is responsible for leading the sales, marketing and account management organization. He develops sales programs, and oversees the delivery of high level service to our member network. Pat works extensively with our existing clients to deliver the right mix of CJIS GROUP services and information tools for navigating the criminal justice and public safety technology community.
Pat has over 18 years of experience developing and managing large sales & marketing organizations for fortune 500 companies. Pat has extensive experience building sales teams and developing campaigns with a wide variety of marketing responsibilities including market strategy, new product development, brand promotions, channel partner development and advertising.
David Stevenson, Managing Partner, CJIS GROUP CONSULTING LLC
David is responsible for leading our custom services and consulting activities. He also manages our network of domain and subject matter experts. David works with our clients who want custom services that include industry specific business planning, market research and assessment, or other programs that help build and grow their business in the public safety and criminal justice arena.
David has over 25 years experience in the private sector with vendors that provided solutions and services to criminal justice and public safety agencies across the U.S. Over this period, he performed a variety of responsibilities including business planning, business development, management, and sales, for leading vendors of information management and communications solutions.
